Scheduled as part of Waterside, miners' villages and mineral railways. This monument comprises the remains of the former mining villages of Benquhat, Corbie Craigs and Lethanhill, together with a network of tracks marking the site of former mineral railways and bings marking the sites of former ironstone pits and adjacent shaft, all associated with the Dalmellington Ironworks [Dalmellington, Waterside Ironworks: NS40NW 15.00].
