A polychrome-brick three-storeyed block of industrial housing completed in 1860 to the design of William Lambie Moffat, built around a quadrangle with corner towers. Recorded in 2001 by RCAHMS because the demolition of neighbouring buildings briefly provided space to allow photographs to be taken of the full south frontage.
