Nothing is visible of this farmsteading, which stood about 130m NNE of Woodhill House (NJ90NW 1358.00), and is site is currently occupied by an ambulance station. As depicted on both the 1st and 2nd editions of the OS 6-inch map (Aberdeenshire 1869, sheet lxxv; 1902, sheet lxxv.SW), the steading was U-shaped on plan with its open side facing SSE, and with another range lay along the N side of a walled garden immediately to the S; two smaller buildings lay to the W.

Visited by RCAHMS (JRS), 29 April 2002.
