NO25NE 42 centred 2635 5614

(Name cited as Torrax Hill and location as NO 2635 5614). Air photography (AAS/01/09/G15/6-10, flown 12 December 2001) has recorded a large area of stone clearance heaps on the summit and W-facing slopes of Torrax Hill. Grass-covered sinuous banks enclose some areas and an area of subdued rigs is overlain by some of the clearance cairns. The location indicated lies on the summit of the hill at an altitude of 260m OD.
