A building and a possible hut are situated beside a small gully on the SE facing hillside to the NW of the Frandy Burn and a small rectangular enclosure lies close by. The building is rectangular on plan, measuring 7.5m from NE to SW by 2.6m transversely within grass-grown, turf and stone, footings spread to 1m in thickness and 0.2m in height. There is an entrance in the SE side and an external drain along the upslope (NW) side, where the interior has been levelled into the slope. The fragmentary remains of the hut lie immediately to the SE, measuring 3m from E to W by 1.7m internally, and with an entrance in the S side. The enclosure, which lies about 25m to the NE of the building, measures about 15m by 12m internally and has a small enclosure butted onto its SW end.

A turf field-bank describes a shallow C-shape on the hillside to the SE of the building, and, though broken by the small gully, forms an enclosure against the steeply-incised gully of the Frandy Burn. The enclosure thus formed measures about 65m from NE to SW by up to 12m transversely.
