Three subrectangular buildings are situated in the SE angle between the Frandy Burn and the Middlehill Burn, on a grass- and bracken-grown terrace that is bisected by a drystone wall. The buildings measure up to 6.3m in length by 2.9m in breadth within low turf and stone footings. All are aligned with their long axes along the slope, two lying NE and SW, and the third NW and SE. A small rectangular enclosure, measuring about 10m in length by 4m in breadth internally, lies immediately to the N of the southernmost building.
