Five unroofed structures are depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Orkney & Shetland (Shetland) 1882, sheet xlvi). Eight unroofed structures are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1973).

The structures depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Orkney & Shetland (Shetland) 1882, sheet xlvi) have been recorded on oblique aerial photographs and are part of a scatter of planticrubs on the W and S flanks of Heogapund.
