A subsquare turf-banked enclosure, measuring about 8.5m across internally is situated on a terrace to the ESE of the field-systems on Kirk Hill. The bank is accompanied by an external ditch, which presumably provided material for the bank but may also have served to keep stock out of what may have been a fodder store.
