(Location cited as NK 136 461). 'Another fine block... a 4-storey and attic, 2- by 11-bay structure.

J R Hume 1977.

This very fine four-storeyed warehouse (two bays wide and 16 bays long) is built from grey granite ashlar. It is attributed by Historic Scotland to the early 20th century, and was possibly previously a grain warehouse. During February 1998 a RCAHMS photographic survey of this building was conducted. The purpose of this survey was to enhance and augment the existing holdings of the National Monuments Record Scotland. The building, at the date of the survey, was in use as a furniture warehouse.

Visited by by RCAHMS (MKO), 29 January 1998.
