Lifeboat House [NAT]

Location formerly entered as NO 8271 7075.

For adjacent (to SW) Gourdon Harbour, see NO87SW 46.00.

This pink dressed sandstone building was built by the RNLI in 1877. The building opens onto William Street, along which the lifeboat carriage must have been taken to the harbour nearby.

The interior of the lifeboat station was not seen on the date of visit.
