A farmstead comprising one unroofed building and one roofed T-shaped long building is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Ayrshire 1858, sheet vii). One roofed long building, which forms part of a larger farmstead, is shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1992).
