What may be the site of a collapsed ice-house is marked by a mound that stands beside a pond in woodland 1.2km W of the House of Monymusk (NJ61NE 5). The mound measures about 8m in diameter by 2.5m in height and its top has subsided into a pit some 5.7m in diameter and 1.8m depth.

Visited by RCAHMS (JRS, IF), 22 October 1996.
