A sales brochure of 4 October 1932 provides particulars of Muiryheadless Farm (lot 17, p. 15) including details of the farmhouse and the steading. The house comprised a milk house, offices and six other rooms. The steading comprised a barn, stables for three horses, a byre for ten cattle, an implement shed and two fowl houses.

In 1932 the farm was let to Mr PM Redford; at that time the size of the farm was about 32 acres (13ha) and its rent was ?50 per annum.
