A township comprising one unroofed building, nine roofed buildings, one of which is a long building, two enclosures and a lime kiln (NN8208 5055) is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Perthshire 1867, sheet xlix). Two unroofed, three roofed buildings, two enclosures and an Old Lime Kiln are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1976).

A field system has been recorded on oblique aerial photography (RCAHMSAP 2000) to the N and NE of the township and limekiln. Some of the field system is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Perthshire 1867, sheet xlix).
