(Location cited as NJ 959 139). This brick- and tileworks operated from 1898 to the 1920's; it had two Hoffman (continuous) kilns and is now represented by earthworks.

G Douglas and M Oglethorpe 1993; NMRS, MS/500/41/3 (visited 1981).

This brick- and tileworks has been demolished. The edge of the old clay-pit at the E end of the site can still be discerned, but the site is otherwise grass-grown and featureless.

Visited by RCAHMS (JRS), 4 March 1996.
