This block of warehouses consists of a larger NE block dating from about 1805 and a range to the SE. The NE block comprises a 4-storeyed ashlar granite rectangular-plan block of 11 bays, with a centre door at all floors, and a curved corner corbelled to square at first-floor level. Other features include skewputs, coped skews and jerkin-head gable, and a pitched slate roof, hipped at its SW end. The SE section is a 3-storeyed rectangular granite block of five bays, with a steep slate roof, coped skews, and a curved corner into James Street.

Visited by RCAHMS (MKO) 24 February 1998.
