The unroofed brick and concrete squash rackets court is situated amongst several accommodation buildings to the NE of Penston farm. The building follows standard practice on airfields in being located near the gymnasium (NT47SW 46.04).
The building has had the front (SE) elevation removed and the line markings on the painted cement-rendered walls are still visible. The roof was probably abestos sheeting supported by steel roof trusses.
