This was built from 1902 for Carson's Ltd., chocolate manufacturers. Hume notes that the main three-storey, thirty bay building was built in two stages; in 1904 (first two storeys) with a third storey being added in 1910 (Duncan and Copland were the architects). There is a four storey attic and basement, seven by seven bay block at the western end. At the east end there is a large circular section chimney and a two storey three by seven bay office block.
