The cropmarks of a possible barrow cemetery have been recorded from aerial photographs in a field SW and adjacent to Penston Farm (RCAHMSAP 1994). The cemetery consists of what maybe the cropmarks of three round barrows some 150m from the E field edge, together with a possible square barrow situated slightly further to the W.
