NG 929 071 On the S shore of Loch Hourn on either side of Allt Coire Mhicrail are the ruins of some 15 buildings both gabled and hip roofed, most of which stand to wall-head height. At the time of the survey for the First Edition OS map most were shown as roofed. Currently only one building is occupied.

A township, comprising nine roofed buildings, one partially roofed building, two unroofed buildings and five enclosures is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Inverness-shire 1876, sheet lxxviii). One roofed building, ten unroofed buildings and four enclosures are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1971).
