NF825 774 [Sic: Perhaps Udal, NF87NW 2, at NF825 784 intended.] Sand dunes at Sollas, North Uist were found to be rich in remains of broch pottery. Sherds decorated with the imprints of an 1/8" diameter tube were found near the probable remains of two wheelhouses.

R Crerar 1962.

Not to be confused with the aisled house at North Uist, Machair Leathann, (NF87NW 5), also commonly known as Sollas.
