A small pillbox and lookout measuring 8ft by 6ft overall is siuated on the hill at the E end of the harbour, above the Harbour Garage. Constructed with brick walls and a concrete roof.

A brick and concrete built observation post/pillbox is situated at the top of the N-facing slope of Port Hill, N of Portknockie Harbour. The building is set into the slope.

Measuring about 2.50 by 2m, the structure has brick walls and a concrete roof with the entrance at the rear on the W side. Two loopholes were noted in the N and E-facing walls.
