About 250m SW of Heaste schoolhouse on the edge of a tidal creek is a stone-built structure. Built of rubble stone it is rectangular in plan and measures 9.4m by 5.2m; a door-opening 1.9m wide faces SE. A sheep creep 0.8m wide lies in the wall opposite the door. A short length of rubble wall 1m high has been built onto the corners of the building each side of the entrance, forming a funnel into the building.

Visited by IJ, 3 April 1990.
