NC63SW 8 606 342.

Situated on the SE side of Allt Creagach, some 200m NE of its junction with Allt ne Coille Beag, are the remains of nine shieling bothies, some twin compartmented, within a large earth and stone banked enclosure.

The bothies survive as low banks of turf-covered stones and average about 5m x 3m. Clear remains of run-rig can be seen within the enclosure. The circular feature at NC 6062 3432 is a hut circle. (See NC63SW 3)

Visited by OS (JB) 24 March 1977.

An enclosure is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Sutherland 1878, sheet liv). Nine unroofed shieling-huts and two enclosures are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10,560 map (1963).
