This enclosure is situated immediately to the NE of Hairy Craig and has been recorded as cropmarks on oblique aerial photographs (RCAHMSAP 1989, Dewar 1972). It is probably roughly subrectangular on plan, measuring about 45m ENE to WSW by at least 30m transversely. The cropmarks reveal that the NNW and ENE sides are defined by ditches, and broken by an entrance on the NNW, while the SSW side lies along a steep scarp. The WSW is probably overlain by the adjacent field boundary.
