A sales brochure of 1932 provides particulars of 'The Factor's Residence', Fetternear Estate (part of lot 61, p. 42) , which has since been renamed Fetternear House and is presently occupied by one of the owners of the Estate. As described in the brochure, the ground or 'entrance' floor contained two sitting rooms, a kitchen, a larder, a maid's bedroom or guest room, a WC and a boxroom. The upper floor contained three bedrooms, a bath room, a WC and a guest's bedroom. The outbuildings comprised stores for coal and wood, and a fowl house.
