(NT 9195 5763) Cist found AD 1914 (NAT).

OS 6"map, (1957).

A cist was excavated by Kinghorn in House Field, Moorpark Farm in 1914, after it's stones had impeded the plough.

It contained only forced earth. A fair amount of charcoal was found about 18" from the surface.
