(Location cited as NJ 949 064). Cotton mill, Cotton Street. Mid to late 19th century. An old 4-storey and attic, 2- by 9-bay, pinned -rubble building and a 2-storey and attic, 3- by 13-bay, ashlar-fronted block, dated 1893. At the rear are 2- and 3-storey engine and boiler houses. Now Gas Corporation property.
