An unenclosed platform settlement of nine hut platforms in line is situated on the NW flank of White Meldon. One is 35' wide, three 40', three 50' and two 60'.

A heather and bracken covered settlement as described. In the vicinity of the huts are several clearance heaps but few fields can be traced. Visited by OS (JLD) 11 May 1962 and (BS) 26 September 1974
