A type 9b carved stone ball (decorated with concentric circles) found 'near Dunfermline' is in RMS (1905.950), together with a cast (AS 24). Though the National Museum of Antiquities of Scotland (NMAS) Catalogue gives AS 25 as also from near Dunfermline, Marshall states that this is a cast of a ball from Glasterlaw, Angus (see NO55SE 11 and NO55SE 29 ).
