This small farmstead has an L-shaped plan and includes a complete water-powered threshing machine. The farmhouse is detached and was derelict on the date of visit. The steading was in good repair and was in use for storage. The nearby sheepfold was also in use.

Visited by RCAHMS (GJD), 1994; see NMRS MS 744/105.
