Conisbay [Canisbay], 8th Sept. The FREIHEIT, Meyer, of Lubeck, from Danzig [Gdansk] to Liverpool, was stranded last night on the Island of Stroma, and it is feared will become a wreck.

Island of Stroma, Pentland Firth, 11th Sept. The deck-load, stores, and part of the materials of the FREIHEIT, Meyer, stranded here 7th inst., have been landed.

St. Margaret's Hope, Orkney, 16th Sept. The FREHEIT, Meyer, of Lubeck, from Danzig [Gdansk] to Liverpool, which was stranded 7th inst., on the Island of Stroma, [Record received incomplete].

The loss of this vessel is not cited by I G Whittaker (1998), possibly suggesting her successful recovery.
The location assigned to this record is essentially arbitrary.
