This is a large F-shaped plan farmstead comprising stables, cattle sheds and a threshing barn with a covered water wheel. There are later covered courts and also a detached sheepfold and covered dipping shed. The farmstead was in use as a mixed farm when visited and was in good repair.

Visited by RCAHMS (GJD), April 1994; see NMRS MS 744/116.
