NO05NE 132 0764 5581 and 0768 5576

These two hut-circles lie to the W of a prominent stream gully below the stone dyke high up on the S side of the Pitcarmick Burn valley.

1. NO 0767 5576 The first hut-circle is set on a terrace on the N side of a low rise. It measures 9m in diameter within a stony bank 2m in thickness by 0.3m in height. There are gaps on the E and NE and several large stones lie on the NE arc of the bank. What may be a small ancillary structure, measuring 2.5m across its interior, lies immediately to the SE.

2. NO 0764 5581 The second hut-circle lies on a lower terrace 50m to the NNW. It is oval and measures 12.3m from E to W by 11m transversely within a stony bank about 2m in thickness by from 0.2m to 0.3m in height.
