Air photographs show traces of a ring-ditch in the NW part of the same field as, and 179m WNW of NN91NE 18. It measures c. 10m in diameter within a ditch c. 1-2m wide.

A F Harding and G E Lee 1987.

Among a series of small excavations in this field prior to pan-busting, this ring-ditch was examined and 'shown to be part of a more extensive suite of archaeological features, some stone built, in this portion of the field. A weaker cropmark to the NE was also stripped: a number of irregularly-shaped man-made hollows was identified, but these were essentially sterile.

I Ralston 1988.
