The building measures approximately 6.6m by 4.3m overall and has a single viewing platform window in three of the elevations providing 280 degree vision. Wooden window frames are still in situ. There is a small extension to the rear of the SE elevation. In the rear wall a small window and stepped and recessed gun-loop. The roof is of concrete as is the canopy and a line of bricks was noted around the edge.
