(NJ 53 47) A cup-marked stone, 2 1/2 feet in height, the cups not very legible, stands at the ford of Avochie 'between the Deveron and Isla waters and in line with Whilestones farm (NJ 531 472). The stone ... faces Rothiemay railway station (NJ 531 460) and is 1/2 mile nearer Milton (NJ 547 482) than Bridge of Isla Cloth Mills.' (NJ 530 469).
