NH 739 420. Enclosure, Mains of Daltulich: Visible on aerial photographs.

Visible on RCAHMS air photographs IN 4045-8.

Recent aerial photography (RCAHMSAP 1995) suggests that this is the cropmarks of a settlement situated 300m NE of Mains of Daltulich farmsteading (NH74SW 48). It is roughly circular in shape with an internal diameter of about 45m to 50m and it has a possible entrance on the SE side. A circular mark and a possible pit within the interior of the settlement may represent internal structures.
