On the top of a natural hillock, on the hillside to the E side of the A850, at a height of 80m OD is a circular enclosure 8m in diameter. Within and to the rear of the enclosure is a ruinous shieling of twin cell or figure '8' type, now reduced to twin earth mounds with circular depressions in the top.

Visited by M Wildgoose December 1989.
