Lying on a natural platform on the W-facing slope of Meall Buidhe, at a height of 55m OD is a compact group of ruinous structures. The group is centred around a D-shaped structure which measures 5m along its straight side with a radius of 4m. The walls in general are 1m thick. A door opening 1.1m wide lies in the centre of the straight side. An oval cell measuring 4m by 3m over walls 1m thick is attached to the curve of the 'D'. A second oval cell measuring 3m by 2m over walls 0.5m thick is attached to the southern end of the straight side.

An enclosed yard lies to the front of the D-shaped structure. A circular structure 3.5m in diameter lies 5m to the NW of the group and a smll pile of stones lies 5m to the N.
