Two large roughly circular pits, each measuring about 5m across, have been recorded as cropmarks on oblique aerial photography (RCAHMSAP 2000) lying on level ground immediately N of Dunaincroy. A third subrectangular pit can be seen beside the circular pits. Subrectangular vegetation marks in the fields to the S and E mark the sites of dressage arenas and possibly temporary paddocks.

Information from RCAHMS (KMM), 19 July 2004.
