Air photography has recorded the cropmarks of a crescent-shaped feature enclosed by a ditch, at the edge of the escarpment 600m NE of Hallhole steading. The crescent measures about 10m across and the surrounding enclosure about 18m in diameter internally.

This structure has been classified as an 'interrupted ring-ditch' for the published survey of SE Perth, although the characteristic curving features that usually emerge through a gap in the perimeter of sites of this group cannot be identified in this case. The internal crescent, however, almost certainly indicates the position of a round house.
