An archaeological survey has been undertaken to inform the National Trust for Scotland of the range of archaeological features on their Glencoe Estate, with additional information relating to historic sources, management, interpretation and possibilities for future research.

What may be a township, comprising one roofed building, four unroofed buildings, one enclosure and a field is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Argyllshire 1875, sheet xlv). Three roofed buildings, two enclosures and two fields are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1975).
