NK 13645 46028 A photographic record was made of 26–32 Harbour Street and 2–12 James Street between 1 April–28 June 2010 in advance of their proposed conversion to flats. It was not possible to accurately and fully record these buildings as they were in very poor condition, with 2–12 James Street a burnt-out shell. Large areas including almost all the Harbour Street ground floor were inaccessible. Boarded windows and low light levels made photography inside difficult. Further recording has been recommended when conditions allow.
