A roofless rectangular cottage (NG 2752 0467) and another building are situated on the S side of the modern field-wall that extends NE from Creag Liath. The gables of the cottage are still complete and its coursed boulder walls stand to wall-head height. The other building (NG 2754 0468) lies to the E and has been reduced to its rubble footings on all but its N side. Here the modern field-wall uses the side of the building, accounting for a change in the alignment of the field-wall. A corrugated iron shed currently occupies the site of this building.
