This corn drying kiln is adjacent to a small quarry of Appin quartzite. The walls of drystone are completely covered now by grass and bracken. The airvent is not visible and there is much soil in the bowl of the kiln. The lip of the kiln is oriented to the north-west. Nearby is a small area of rig and furrow.
