Centred at HY5922 0752 to the north of Kami Geo is a small

group of earth works. The clearest is a bank up to 0.5m in

height, varying in width from 1m to 2m, and 45m in length. It

runs approximately N-S with its N end defined by the cliffs next

to Marka Ber. At its S end and very near the cliffs above Kami

Geo, two stones protruding through the turf may be part of it,

pointing to a rough earth and stone construction. 10m W of the

bank, about 15m from the S end, is a building of some sort,

appearing as three low banks, 2.5m, 5.0m and 7.5m in length,

meeting at right angles. No function or date can be assigned to

it and it is not necessarily associated with the bank.

[R1]

The bank is a feelie dyke, probably fairly recent as it

relates to the arable land as at present defined on its W side.

The building is indeterminate but probably is an old quoy; the

field has recently been ploughed and re-seeded.
