Built against a cliff on the N side of Cnoc Mor a’Ghrobain, is a small rectangular shelter, measuring 6m x 3m externally, over walls 1m thick, enclosed by a semi-circular enclosure measuring 12m x 8m. A larger sub-rectangular enclosure, measuring 30m x 21m, encloses these structures and the grassy knoll below them. The site lies at about 10m OD and has a north facing aspect, giving uninterrupted views of The Minch and Island of Isay, from Rubha nam Both to Dunvegan Head. There is a cairn or mound of stones close to the surrounding wall at NG2228 5534.

Information from Marjorie MacInnes, October 2010.
