NS 5958 6522 Monitoring was carried out on 5–7 August 2008 in relation to groundworks connected with the renewal of pavement surfaces and other hard landscaping along Ingram Street. The monitoring revealed no evidence of archaeological survival in the upper sediments, as the area was heavily disturbed by modern services. Graves may exist alongside the modern services but these are likely to be severely disturbed. One fragment of human bone was recovered from the upper disturbed deposits.
