A development of two slab blocks built as public housing for Aberdeen Borough Council along Hutcheon St. The nineteen-storey block, Hutcheon Court, contains 144 dwelings. The fifteen-storey block, Greig Court, contains 140 dwellings. Both tower blocks have balcony access. The contractor for the development was Alexander Hall & Son (Builders) Ltd. Construction began in 1973.
